90 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the item is in good condition , and it must be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please write us at support@serenithy.com and include your name and order number.
All refunds are processed through the original payment method used during checkout.
RETURN SHIPPING
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
We provide refunds in case the goods is unopened, damaged, not the one you ordered or does not function as it should.
In the unlikely event of being dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@serenithy.com. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Allow up to 14 days to process and refund your money. If you haven’t received a refund by then, please first check your bank account again.

We are NOT responsible for any duties and/or import taxes that you may be subjected to. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will be charged at the customer’s expense and refunds cannot be issued if you choose not to pay the charge.
