Q: "I happened to write the wrong address - what do I do?"
Send us e-mail to support@serenithy.com as soon as possible with the new correct address. Please note, if you don't contact us in time, we cannot guarantee a delivery.
Q: "Can I change/cancel my order after it's placed?"
We are pretty quick at getting your order out the door so unfortunately, if your order placement time exceeds the amount of time it takes us to fulfill your order, we are unable to make any changes to your order once the order has been placed.
Q: "I have still not received my package, what do I do?"
If more than 20 business days have passed, please write to support@serenithy.com. We'll find your package and do our best to resolve it.
